Katie was the Director of Operations and Production for Triad Stage.
Katie served as the Director of Operations and Production at Triad Stage, a professional regional theater in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this merged role—combining responsibilities of a Managing Director and Director of Production—she oversaw all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations, including finance, administration, human resources, facilities, rentals, company management, development, marketing, and production. She also recruited and led the Professional Training Program.
Before the pandemic, Katie directly supervised 80% of Triad Stage’s employees. The theater produced 5–7 MainStage productions each season, ranging from classics to new works, operating under an LOA to LORT-D contract with Actors’ Equity Association. Prior to COVID-19, Triad Stage maintained a $2.2 million annual operating budget.
