Dead Awaken

Katie served as the Production Manager for Dead Awaken in Fall 2015.

Dead Awaken is a re-imaging of Ibsen's final play set to a concept album of neo-soul and hip hop music, this four person concert drama explores a celebrated artist who struggles to atone for the sins of his past, while desperately searching for a new future. After it's run at CalArts, Dead Awaken performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in 2016 to rave reviews.

PEER/GYNT

Katie was the Supervising Production Manager on Peer/Gynt during the Spring of 2017. She served as a "Peer Mentor" to a first year MFA Production Management student on this process.

Peer/Gynt is an interpretation of Peer Gynt directed by Jonghee Woo.

KOLOB

Katie served as the Production Manager for Kolob at CalArts in Spring 2017.

Kolob is the name of the star nearest to the throne of God according to the Mormon scripture. Jodi Porter Haller explored western religious practice from a non-secular point of view. Through this multi-media, contemporary dance and live musical performance, Kolob traces the journey of the soul, from birth to death and beyond.
